【摘要】 目的 :观察FD Nd :YAG 532激光联合中药对视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法 :将 70例 (70只眼 )视网膜静脉阻塞患者随机分为两组 ,其中激光联合中药治疗组 38例 (38只眼 ) ,采用激光与辨证分期中药治疗 ;单一激光治疗对照组 32例 (32只眼 )。两组患者平均观察 10个月。结果 :治疗组患者视网膜和 (或 )视盘新生血管消退率较对照组高 ,视力增进较对照组好 ,视网膜水肿、出血及渗出物吸收的时间较对照组明显缩短。结论 :激光联合中药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞患者有较好疗效 ,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observed the effecting of FD-Nd:YAG532 laser therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine to vein obstruction. Method: 70 eyes of vein obstruction were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 38 eyes were treated by laser therapy combined with TCM therapy with syndrome differentiation and the control groups of 32 eyes were treated by simply laser therapy. All patients were observed for ten months.Result :To the extinction rate of retinal and (or) optic disc neonate vasa sanguinea,optical improve, and the time of retinal edema began to improve and etc., the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:There was a good curative effect of laser therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine to vein obstruction.更多还原
