【摘要】 提出 :一 ,“天然药物”与“中药”是两个不同的概念。“中药”是在中医药理论指导下用于防病治病的药物 ,有着“天然药物”的自然属性 ,但有特定的内涵 ,独特的理论体系和应用方法。二 ,中医药早在古代即与世界各传统医药进行着广泛的交流 ,并为世界许多国家的人民所接受。中药学在不断引进外国药物的同时 ,也早就走向了世界 ,不断输出到世界各国。许多药物被各传统医学吸收 ,并成为常用药品。三 ,从中药品种的混用、中药的生产环境和炮制加工不当、离开中医药理论指导的用药 ,导致现代中药进入国际市场时出现困境。最后为促进中医药走向世界的提出 :加强中医药的对外交流、加强中药品质管理、开辟中药生产基地、加强中药生产的规范化和质量控制标准化、加强中药的科学研究和加入GATT将为中药的发展形成一个广阔的外部环境等几点建议。总之 ,中医药真正走向世界而自立于世界民族之林 ,不是通过更名而取效 ,而是通过提高中医药理论学术水平 ,真正提高中药材和中药成品药质量而最终实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is different concept for traditional Chinese herb and natural herb. Traditional Chinese herb is used for protecting and treating diseases under the guidance of therapy of TCM and has natural properties of natural herb, but it has special connotation and unique theory system and application method. 2. TCM has always been contacting with traditional medicines in other countries from the old time and was accepted by many countries. The theory for traditional Chinese herb was also transmitted to other countries with the continuous introduction of foreign medicines and many traditional Chinese herbs was used as common medicines by many countries. 3. It is held back that traditional Chinese herbs are widely adopted in international market due to improper mixing, process and producing conditions and ignoring guidance of theory of TCM. 4. It is suggested for wide usage of TCM in the world: strengthening communication with foreigners, improving quality of traditional Chinese herbs, widening process base of traditional Chinese herbs, standardizing process and quality control, strengthening research works and joining in GATT. Anyhow, TCM is accepted in the world not by changing its name but improving theory of TCM and the quality of traditional Chinese herbs.更多还原
