【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]On the basis of recommending CJN briefly,the article discusses that working methods for which our editing of scientific and technical journals uses CJN to check academic value of scientific papers,verify the citation and reference,select specialists for going over manuscripts.It also analyses the advantages of using CJN to examine and approve manuscripts.It can bring the function of editing and primary examining into full play.It is convenient for selecting appropriate specialists who go over drafts.It can also shorten examining period and increase received degree of returning and revising.
