【Abstract】 After Ma Yuan’s expedition to punish“Wuximan”,a minority.Liang Song came to Wuling to deal with the problems caused by it,by order of Emperor Guang Wu in the Eastern Han Dynasty(25-220A.D).He chose the present Changde proper as the location of a new Wuling prefecture and made it the center of politics and economy in the Yuan and Li River valley,and so he is regarded as father of urban construction of Changde.He established Yumnan courty to control the vital passages of Wuxi and protect the inhabitants of Wuling.He adjusted the national policies and relaxed tensions between nationalities,which brought there about 100 years’ peaceful development.更多还原
