【Abstract】 Law of Foreign Trade. establishes the system of examination and approval for qualification of foreign trade. trade, this system still has a certain flavor with planned system of high degree of centralism, and its disadvantage is becoming more and more visible. With the development of our country’s foreign trade, legality becomes perfect little by little, the process for entering the WTO is being accelerated, and the tears and the the for amending the law of foreign trade and using registration system instead of system of examination and approval have been ripe.
