地勘牙轮钻头参数化绘图系统

【摘要】 地勘牙轮钻头参数化绘图系统是以 Auto CAD为开发平台 ,用 Auto L ISP语言进行二次开发而成的专用软件系统。将参数输入系统后 ,可实现计算机自动绘图。文中介绍了系统的开发和应用

【Abstract】 A geologic exploration cone bit is a main tool for drilling rock in geologic and petroleum drilling. Its performance has an important effect on the drill hole quality, penetration, and drilling cost. However, it is difficult to detail the performance of a bit in the bottom hole because of the special structure of the bit, random lithology and complex phenomena experienced during drilling. Usually, a manufacturer designs and manufactures cone bits according to the users requirements. Because of the complex structures, every designed cone bit expenses mach time in drawing. The paramtrization drawing system for a geologic exploration cone bit is a specialized software system developed for secondary development using Auto CAD as its development platform and Auto LISP language for processing. Automatic drawing may be realized after the paramaters are input to the system. This system adopts from forms besides means, dialogs and icons. The users only need to learn the operation of Auto CAD. Being pointed out by dialogs, they can master and use the system freely. After using the system, the designer can save much time and improve efficiency. This paper introduces the development and application of the system.
