富液式吸附性隔板对阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池析气量的影响
Effect of hybrid microglass mat on gassing volume in VRLA batteries
【摘要】 论述了析气量对电池性能的影响 ,并且在维持其他条件相同的情况下 ,分别用富液式吸附性隔板 (HGM)和玻璃纤维隔板 (AGM)组装成不同的电池进行测试 ,得出如下结论 :在恒流条件下 ,前者的析气量不及后者的 1 /2 ;在恒压条件下 ,前者的析气量约为后者的 1 /6;在富液的条件下差异更大。同时 ,使用富液式吸附性隔板还能提高电池的容量。
【Abstract】 The effect of hybrid microglass mat(HGM)on gassing volume in VRLA batteries has been investigated by testing batteries with hybrid mat and AGM.The result shows that the gassing volume of the former(HGM)is much less than that of the latter(AGM) both at constant current and voltage conditions,and the difference is even greater if the former(HGM)is used in flooded electrolyte.Moreover,the capacity can be increased by using HGM.
