【Abstract】 Noise measuring system in semiconductor laser which personal computer works as host controller is presented. By using personal computer controlled spectrum analyzer, noise signal of semiconductor laser is collected and processed automatically. Electronics noise of InP/InGaAsP DH laser and thermal noise of resistance can be measured by this measuring system.The experimental results indicate that the counterpoint of the system is satisfied and measuring results are exact.更多还原
