蒌蒿素原粉中总黄酮的提取及含量测定
The Extraction of Flavonoids and the Determination of Their Content in the Powder of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz
【摘要】 以芦丁为对照品 ,通过正交实验 ,确定了以乙醇为溶剂的蒌蒿中总黄酮的最佳提取条件 ,在此条件下黄酮的得率为 1.94 3% .
【Abstract】 The optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids from the powder of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz.were investigated by using th e orthogonal design.The result showed that 60 ℃,12∶1 of 95% ethanol to the pow der of A.Selengensis Turcz.weight ratio,and 3 h for each time were o ptimal.
