【摘要】 目的 :探讨子宫体中心切除术对绝经前妇女卵巢功能的影响。方法 :将绝经前子宫肌瘤患者 60例随机分为研究组 (30例 )施行子宫体中心切除术 ,对照组 (30例 )采用传统的子宫全切术 ,两组均保留双侧卵巢。观察两组的手术时间 ,出血量 ,手术前后 FSH、LH、P、E2 的变化及更年期症状。结果 :研究组手术时间和出血量分别为 (70 .53± 1 5.2 9) min和 (69.86± 1 8.5) ml;对照组为 (88.72± 2 0 .64) min和 (93.2 5± 2 0 .34)ml,两组间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。研究组术后 1、3、6月 FSH、LH、P、E2 与术前相比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,对照组 FSH、LH、P、E2 与术前相比差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1 )。更年期症状的 Kupperman评分 ,两组在潮热、出汗、失眠、烦躁、心悸方面存在显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :子宫体中心切除术手术时间短、出血少 ,对卵巢功能影响小 ,更年期综合征发病率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the uterine body central cutting operations influence on premenopausal womens ovarian function.[WT5HZ]Methods:60 cases of premenopausal hysteremyoma patients were divided into two groups randomly.To exercised the uterine body central cutting operation study group.To employed traditional total hysterectomy control group.Both groups were remained two sides ovaries of preoperation and postoperation and climacteric symptom.[WT5HZ]Results:operating time and bleeding volume in study group:70.53±15.29 min,69.86±18.54 ml;in control group:88.72±20.64 min,93.25±20.34 ml,there is a significant difference between the two groups( P <0 01);FSH、LH、P、E 2 of postoperation(first、third、sixth month)in study group have no significant difference compared with preoperation( P >0 05);in control group,there is a significant difference( P <0 05, P <0 01);the Kuppermens evaluation of climacteric symptom:there is a significant difference between two groups in tidefever、sweat、somnia、trouble and palpitation( P <0 05) [WT5HZ]Conclusion:The uterine body cutting operation has not only shorter operating time and less bleeding but also less influence on overian function and lower incidence of climacteric symptom.更多还原
