【摘要】 目的 :探讨博乐欣与阿米替林对抑郁障碍的疗效及副反应。方法 :对 50例抑郁障碍患者应用博乐欣 (2 5例 )与阿米替林 (2 5例 )进行对照治疗 ,疗程 6周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及副反应量表 (TESS)评定疗效与副反应。结果 :博乐欣与阿米替林总疗效相似 (P>0 .0 5)。HAMD示自治疗第 4天始 2组差别有极显著意义 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,而 HAMA示第 4天差异有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5) ,自第7天始差异呈极显著意义 (P<0 .0 1 )。两组治疗后与治疗前比较 HAMD、HAMA差异均有极显著意义 (P<0 .0 1 )。副反应 TESS示第 4天差异有极显著意义 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,第 7天差异无显著意义 (P>0 .0 5) ,自第 1 4天始差异有极显著意义 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :博乐欣与阿米替林对抑郁障碍疗效相近 ,但博乐欣减分率明显大于阿米替林组 ;初用时副反应小 ,自第 1 4天后又明显减轻 ,尤其对老年及脑、躯体病性抑郁障碍患者更适用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study the effectiveness and side effects of venlafaxine and amitriptyline for depression.Method:Fifty patients with depression from outpatient were divided into two groups randomly with 25 cases each.The treatments were estimated for 6 weeks with HAMD.Results:The general effectiveness on the two groups was similar( P >0 05),but HAMD showed that there was most significant difference and HAMA significant difference by the fourth day.HAMD and HAMA estimations were most significantly different pre and after treatment ( P <0 01).TESS showed the side effects in the two groups were significantly different from the fourth day of the treatment but non significantly from the seventh day and then changed to be significant (P <0 01) from the 14th on.Conclusion:The effects of venlafaxine and amitriptyline were similar,but the minus scale rate of venlafaxine was higher and the side effects lower than that of amitriptyline.Therefore,venlafaxine was more suitable for the elder and cerebral,somatopathic depressive disorder patients.更多还原
