吡虫啉对台湾乳白蚁的触杀毒力测定
THE CONTACT POISONING EFFECT TEST OF IMIDACLOPRIDTO Coptotermes formosanus SHIRAKI
【摘要】 在实验室用吡虫啉原药 (91 0 7% )配成 0 1 %、 0 4%、 0 8、 1 2 %、1 6 %五个浓度的粉剂 ,测定吡虫啉对台湾乳白蚁的LC50 为 0 40 0 7%。用蚜虱净(含吡虫啉 1 0 % )配成 0 0 5 %、 0 1 %、 0 2 %、 0 3%、 0 4%、 0 5 %六个浓度毒土 ,测定吡虫啉对台湾乳白蚁的LC50 为 0 1 5 36 %。
【Abstract】 In laboratory assays,the imidacloprid(91 07%)was made to five level powder.0 1%、0 4%、0 8%、1 2%、1 6%.The result showed the LC 50 of the imidacloprid to Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki was 0 4007%.In another test,the imidacloprid(10%)was made to six level poisonous soil:0 05%、0 1%、0 2%、0 3%、0 4%、0 5%.The LC 50 of the imidacloprid to Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki was 0 1536%.
