慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者气道胆碱能M2受体功能状态
Study on the chronic obstructive palmonary disease: M2 receptor in patients with chronic obstructive palmonary disease
【摘要】 目的 :了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (chronicobstructivepalmonarydisease,COPD)患者M2 受体的功能。方法 :健康对照组 10例 ,COPD组 8例。所有受试者随机先后进入组织胺气道激发试验 匹罗卡品气道预处理后组织胺激发试验组和匹罗卡品气道预处理后组织胺激发试验 组织胺气道激发试验组 ,两次激发试验间隔 7d ,并划出剂量 反应曲线 ,观察用药前后 1s用力呼气量、Dmin、R值的变化。结果 :正常组匹罗卡品气道预处理后Dmin增加 195 %(P <0 .0 1) ,COPD组匹罗卡品气道预处理前后FEV1、Dmin、R值差异均无显著性。结论 :COPD患者M2 受体功能下降。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the M 2 receptor (M 2 R) function in patients with chronic obstructive palmonary disease (COPD). Methods: 10 healthy volunteers and 8 patients with COPD were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups: 1. BPT (bronchial provokative test) BPT after inhaling pilocarpine; 2. BPT after inhaling pilocarpine BPT. There was a 7 day interval between the two BPTs. The change of FEV 1, D min and R value during pre-pilocarpine and post-pilocarpine were calculated. Results: D min in volunteers was 195% higher during post pilocarpine than that of pre pilocarpine( P <0.01). There was no significant change of FEV 1, D min and R value in patients with COPD during pre-pilocarpine and post-pilocarpine( P >0.05). Conlusion: There was a airway M 2 R dysfunction in patients with COPD.
