【摘要】 目的:为了探讨加减陷胸桃承汤合参麦针防治急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的作用机理。方法:本文采用给家兔静脉注射油酸造成ARDS病理模型,用以上方药进行对照治疗,观察该方药对动物的血气分析、血液流变学等指标的变化以及肺脏形态学的改变。结果:中药组动物血气分析和肺脏形态学指标改善明显,血液粘度显著下降,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(p<0.05或p<0.01)。结论:加减陷胸桃承汤对油酸型ARDS家兔有一定的保护作用,其机理可能与改善血液循环有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the mechanism of the modified Xianxongtaocheng decoction and Shenmai injection in preventing and curing the ARDS (adult respiratory distress syndrome) . Rabbit model induced by intravenous injection oleic acid. At the same time, the influence of the decoction on some indexes, such as blood gas analysis, blood rheology of the animals and the morphological change of lungs were observed. The results showed; the norm of the animals blood gas analysis and lung morphology were significantly improved by the decoction, and blood viscometer was obviously reduced, as compared with the control group, the difference is significant ( p < 0. 05 or p < 0. 01). It is concluded that modified Xianxongtaocheng decoction could protect the rabbit from oleic-acided ARDS, and the mechanism is possibly connected with the improvement of the blood circula tion.更多还原
