心复康口服液对大鼠实验心衰模型心肌细胞Ca2+-ATPase及琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的影响
Effects of Xinfukang Oral liquid on Activity of Calcium-ATPase and SDH in Rat with experimental Congestive Heart Failure
【摘要】 目的:为了探讨心复康口服液治疗心衰的机制。方法:通过腹腔注射ADR复制实验大鼠心衰模型,以心肌细胞Ca2+-ATPase及琥珀酸脱氢酶活性为观察指标,研究中药心复康口服液对大鼠实验心衰模型的影响。结果ADR模型组Ca2+-ATPase活性为1.46±0.756μmolpi/mgprotein·h,与正常对照组(3.16±0.979μmolpi/mgprotein.h)比较有极显著性差异(p<0.01);心复康治疗组明显提高实验心衰模型大鼠心肌细胞Ca2+-ATPase活性(2.68±1.067μmolpi/mgpmtein·h),与ADR模型组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05),接近正常对照组。同时心肌细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶活性电镜细胞化学观察发现ADR模型组在受损的线粒体嵴部和内膜上,可见SDH活性反应产物大为减少,有的已全部灭活或仅有少量的活性产物沉积。心复康治疗组SDH活性反应产物主要分布在线粒体嵴部和内膜上,呈现出强弱交替的现象,但其活性已有所减弱,部分线粒体内仅有少量的SDH活性产物沉积。结论:提示心复康口服液可显著改善ADR实验心衰模型大鼠心肌细胞Ca2+-ATPase及琥珀酸脱氢酶活性。
【Abstract】 To study mechanisms of Xinfukang oral liquid improving heart function. The activities of Ca2+ -ATPase and succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) of the cardiac muscle cell on rat experimental congestive heart failure induced by adriamycin (ADR) were observed. The results showed: ADR can decrease activities of Ca2+ -ATPase and SDH, Xinfukang oral liquid can increase activity of Ca2+ -ATPase and SDH. The effects of increasing activities of Ca2 + -ATPase and SDH may be one of important mechanisms of Xinfukang oral liquid on improving heart function.
