【摘要】 目的:研究痛风宁对急性痛风的抗炎机理。方法:24只大鼠随机分成3组:正常组、模型组、中药组。前两组灌胃蒸馏水,后一组灌胃痛风宁溶液,于第3天将尿酸钠溶液注入后两组各大鼠右侧踝关节腔造模,72h后观察受试关节周围软组织及血浆PGE₂、6-K-PGF_1α。结果:中药组受试关节周围软组织PGE₂、6-K-PGF_1α。及血浆6-K-PGF_1α明显低于模型组。结论:痛风宁通过降低PGE₂、PGI₂起抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study anti - inflammation mechanism of Tongfengning ( TFN) on acute gout, 24 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group and model control group were treated with distilled water, TFN group was treated with TFN solution. On the 3rd day, the acute gout models were established by injection of monosodium urate (MSU) solution into the right ankle in the latter 2 group rats. 72 hours later, PGE2 and 6- k - PGF1a in periarticular connective tissues and serum were observed. PGE2 in periarticular connective tissues, and 6 - k - PGF1a in both periarticular connective tissues and serum in TFN group were significantly lower than that of model control group.更多还原
