【Abstract】 The paper,falling into the nineth-five major subjects specified by the national educational committee (forme~r) ″the developing strategy and stru~ctural distribution of China′s higher education in early 21st century″,analyzes~ the necessity and feasibility of deveoloping higher professional~ technology education primarily in light of the present relative backwardness of our ~social economy and productive technology,and probes into someproblems concerned~ with the development of higher professional technological education.更多还原
