【摘要】 目的 :探讨白血病 MDR1表达的意义 ,建立 MDR1检测的简便快速方法。方法 :用流式细胞术和经FITC标记 MDR1单克隆抗体检测白血病外周血有核细胞 MDR1的表达。结果 :2 4例急性白血病 MDR1表达率为(8.98± 7.47) % ,3例慢性白血病 MDR1表达为 (3.6 0± 1.30 ) % ,两组间差异有高度显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。在急性非淋巴细胞白血病各亚型中 ,M3的 MDR1表达最低 ,依次增高的为 M2 、M4,三组间差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :该方法简便、快速 ,可作为白血病临床治疗的评价指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the significance of MDR1 expression in leukemia,and to establish a fast and easy method of MDR1 expression detection. Methods:MDR1/Pgp was labeled with FITC monocolonal antibody of MDR1,and then detected by flow cytometry. Results:The expression of MDR1 in acute leukemia and chronic leukemia were (8.98±7.74)% and (3.60±1.30)%,respectively.There was significantly difference between the two groups (P<0.01) .Among the subsets of acute non lymphocyte leukemia,MDR1 expression in M 3 was significant lower,and increased successively in M 2 and M 4. Conclusion:These findings indicated MDR1 expression could be a predictor in assessing the prognosis of leukemia.And flow cytometry is fast and easy method in detection of MDR1 expression.更多还原
