【摘要】 目的 :探讨免疫组化法对单纯疱疹病毒脑炎 (HSE)早期诊断的意义。方法 :用免疫组化法检测 9例 HSE脑组织石蜡保存标本的单纯疱疹病毒抗原 (HSV- Ag)。结果 :4例存在 HSV-Ag,HSV- Ag分布于大脑皮质的神经元、胶质细胞、单核细胞。结论 :免疫组化法检测脑组织中HSV- Ag是 HSE早期诊断的敏感方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the signicance of immunohistochemistry in the early diagnosis of herpes simplex encephalitis(HSE) Methods:Paraffin-embeded brain tissues of 9 patients with herpes simplex encephalitis were studied by immunohistochemistry for the detection of the herpes simplex virus antigen(HSV-Ag) Result:HSV antigen was detected in 4 cases by immunohistochemistry Positive immunostaiming was located in neurons,gliacytes and mononuclear cell Conclusion:Detection of specific HSV antigen from brain tissueby immunohistochemistry can be one of sensitive methods for the early diagnosis of HSE更多还原
