【Abstract】 As the Society advanced, obese human, particmarly simple obese children and adolescant become more and more. How to prevent it has been a important theme. This paper discuss the effect of obesity and exercise on cerebral hemodynamics. The result demonstrated that obesity decrease the cerelral blood flow through the influence of blood pressure and blood rheology moderate dynamic exercise, as the treatment of obesity.
