利用LiNbO3∶Fe晶体简并四波混频的实时两次曝光干涉计量
Real-time double-exposure interferometric method via degeneratefour-wave mixing with LiNbO3∶Fe crystal
【摘要】 利用LiNbO3∶Fe晶体的光响应时间特性 ,提出了利用简并四波混频相位共轭进行实时两次曝光干涉测量的方法 它具有普通全息干涉计量的实时法和两次曝光的综合特性 ,指出利用物体表面反射条纹可以测量具有面形和折射率分布不均匀性的物体
【Abstract】 Because of the optical coupling special property of LiNbO 3:Fe crystal,the double exposure interferometric method is put forward with the aid of degenerate four wave mixing phase conjugation.It has synthetical property of the real time and the double exposure method in a general holographic interferometry,and it is pointed out that the substance uneveness of thickness and index can be measured with the surface reflection fringe.
