加热炉计算机控制系统的研究与开发(Ⅱ)——压力调节、事故报警与驱动执行自校正等控制
Study and develpment of computer control system of reheating furnace(Ⅱ) —Control of pressure adjustment,accident alarm and self-correcting of drive actuating mechanism
【摘要】 阐述了在加热炉优化烧钢计算机控制系统中 ,为保证生产的安全性而开发的压力调节、事故报警与处理模块 ;为克服实际生产过程中执行机构的不良工作状态 ,保证计算机控制过程的实时性与准确性而开发的驱动执行自校正模块 ;同时还介绍了加热炉计算机控制系统中数据输入与输出模块
【Abstract】 The follow modules of a computer control system for optimal steel reheating in reheating furnace are introduced:①the module of pressure adjustment,alarm and handling which is able to ensure safety of producing process;②the self learning module of drive actuating mechanism that is used for overcoming the ill status of drive actuating mechanism in actual producing process and ensuring timeliness and accuracy;③the data input and output module of the computer control system.
