阳离子引发剂的辐射效应

【摘要】 用FTIR ,UV ,TG ,DSC等方法研究了 2种阳离子引发剂CD10 12与IG2 61在电子束(EB)辐照下的变化 .实验发现 :2种阳离子引发剂在辐照后IR谱都没有明显的变化 ;在辐照前后其紫外最大吸收峰波长λmax都有一定变化 ,CD10 12在辐照后其λmax有降低的趋势 ,而IG2 61在辐照 4 8kGy后其λmax有增加的趋势 .阳离子引发剂CD10 12在辐照后其热分解温度略有降低 ,而IG2 61的在辐照后反倒有所提高 .CD10 12的熔化温度随辐照剂量的增大而降低 ,IG2 61的熔化温度在辐照前后变化不大 .这说明辐射对 2种阳离子引发剂的影响是不一样的 ,CD10 12对EB辐照比较敏感

【Abstract】 The change of two kinds of cationic initiator CD1012 and IG261 under electron beam (EB) irradiation is studied by FTIR, UV, TG and DSC. It is found that there is no change in the IR spectra of these two cationic initiators before and after irradiation. The change of λ max is not very significant in UV spectra of these two cationic initiators before and after irradiation. The λ max of CD1012 has a tendency of decreasing after irradiation, whereas the λ max of IG261 has a tendency of increasing after 48 kGy irradiation. The decomposition temperature of CD1012 decreases a little after irradiation, but that of IG261 increases a little. The melting temperature of CD1012 decreases with increasing radiation dose, that of IG261 has almost no change. These results show that the effect of radiation on the two kinds of cationic initiator is different, CD1012 is more sensitive to irradiation.
