线粒体参与了三尖杉酯碱诱导的HL-60细胞凋亡

【Abstract】 Using flow cytometry, the change of the mitochondrial membr an e potential is studied during the process of harringtonine (HT) treating the nor mal human promyelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60 and the transfected human prom yelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60/Bcl-2 which overexpress the Bcl-2 protein. The results show that the impairment of the mitochondria mediated HT induces ap optotic process in HL-60 cells.更多还原
