稀土-氨基葡萄糖咖啡酸配合物的合成与表征
SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF TERNARY COMPLEX RE GLUCOSAMINE-CAFFEIC ACID
【摘要】 以氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐 (2 氨基 2 脱氧 D 葡萄糖盐酸盐 )和咖啡酸 (3,4 二羟基苯丙烯酸 )为配体 ,用水与甲醇按 3∶1体积比的混合液作溶剂 ,合成了La(Ⅲ )与Sm(Ⅲ )的三元稀土配合物 .由元素分析得三元配合物的组成分别为La2 (C6 H13NO5) (C6 H7O4 ) 4 Cl2 和Sm2 (C6 H13NO5)(C9H7O4 ) 4 Cl2 .利用红外光谱研究了其配位情况 ,结果表明氨基葡萄糖和咖啡酸同时参与了配位 .
【Abstract】 Ternary complexes of La(Ⅲ) and Sm(Ⅲ) with D (+) glucosamine (2 amino 2 deoxy D glucose) hydrochloride and caffeic acid (3,4 dihydroxycinnanic acid) are synthesized in mixed solvent of water and methanol. They are characterized by elemental analysis and IR. Results indicate that the composition of the ternary complexes is La 2(C 6H 13 NO 5)(C 9H 7O 4) 4Cl 2 and Sm 2(C 6H 13 NO 5)(C 9H 7O 4) 4Cl 2 respectively and their IR show that glucosamine and caffeic acid both participate in the complexation.
