【摘要】 目的 :探讨胸部正中小切口在心内直视手术中的优缺点。方法 :68例患者作皮肤切口起自 3～ 5肋间 ,下至剑突下 1～ 2 cm。部分劈开胸骨 ,常规建立体外循环行心内直视手术。结果 :本组病例全部治愈。术后经过平稳 ,切口甲级愈合 ,无任何并发症。结论 :胸部正中小切口手术具有创伤轻、缩短手术时间以及术后恢复快等优点。适用于绝大多数心内直视手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To review the forte and shotcoming of partial sternotomy in oper heart surgery.Methods:The skin incision was from rib no.3~5 to 1~2 cm below the xiphoid process.Cardiac surgery was performed with cardiopulmonery bypass after the sternum was splited partially.Results:All patients survived the operation,and no complication was observed.Conclusion:Partial sternotomy has favorable effect and minimally invasive.It can shorten the time of CPB and operation.The patients can recover quickly.It is applicable to most open heart surgery. 〔更多还原
