【Abstract】 Serotype I of IBDV adapted to chicken embryo fibroblasts was used for the preparation of agar gel precipitation(AGP) antigen. This virus was precipitated by PEG. The sediment was dialysised, inactivated, and IBD AGP antigen was it. The assay of its specificity, sensitivity, titre and twenty sample of chick serum by AGP and convection immunoelectrophoresis was consistent with that of IBD standard antigen and serum. The above way of preparation of IBD AGP antigen is popularizing for it is rapid, simple and safe.更多还原
