【Abstract】 The test observed and analyzed the superovulation effect in eighty mice. The results indicated that there were significant difference for the superovulation effect in the tested months , ages of the mice and PMSG dosages. The fourth month, thirty five and thirty six ages of mouse and 11 2 iu PMSG dosage were the best for the available embryos average per mouse.更多还原
