超声雾化NiCoCrAITaY合金粉末微观结构及涂层高温抗氧化性能

【摘要】 采用超声气体雾化技术制备了NiCoCrAITaY合金粉末,结果表明: 该合金粉末呈球形,平均粒度为32μm,颗粒组织由α-Cr+γ双相组成;采用真空等 离子喷涂方法制备的该合金粉末涂层,具有良好的抗高温氧化性能,1000℃和 1100℃,200小时的静态氧化增重分别为0.3mg/cm2和0.35mg/cm2。

【Abstract】 In this paper,NiCoCrAITaY alloy powders have been produced by means of ultrasonic gas atomization tech- niqlue.The results showed that the powder microstructure is composed of α-Cr and y phases and the mean size of powders is 32 μm with a nearly spherical morphology.The overlay coating prepared by VPS exhibits a good high temperature oxidation resistance.The mass gain of static oxidation after exposed at 1000 and 1100℃ for 200hrs is 0.3 and 0.35mg/m2,respectively.
