电镀镍及铁镍合金薄膜的热膨胀研究

【摘要】 用高温X射线衍射对4种成分的电镀Fe-Ni合金薄膜和电镀Ni膜及 Ni粉的热膨胀特性进行了研究,结果表明:电镀薄膜普遍具有织构,且热膨胀系数普遍高于相同的体材料的热膨胀系数,同时在一定程度上仍保持与相同体材料相似的特性,这些差异可能是电镀薄膜的织构所致。

【Abstract】 This paper described the thermal characteristics of electroplated four iron-nickel alloy and nickel films,and compared with nickel powder by high temperature X-ray diffraction. It was certified that there were exsisted texture in electroplated films,and thermal expansion coefficient was higher than that in the same constitution bulk materials. However,the thermal properties of these films were similar to bulk low expansion Fe-Ni in some direction.
