钙铁硅铁磁体微晶玻璃生物活性的模拟体液研究
Study on Bioactivity of Calcium Iron Silicate Ferromagnetic Glass-Ceramics with Simulated Body Fluid
【摘要】 为了研究用作温热治疗肿瘤热种子材料的钙铁硅铁磁体微晶玻璃的生物活性 ,试样在模拟体液中浸泡以后 ,用SEM、俄歇电子能谱、FT -IR对其表面生成的薄膜进行观察和分析。研究结果表明 ,试样表面的硅胶层上生成了能与人体组织良好结合的碳酸羟基磷灰石 ,预示钙铁硅微晶玻璃具有良好的生物活性
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the bioactivity of calcium iron silicate ferromagnetic glass-ceramics useful as thermoseeds for hyperthermia treatment to tumor,the sample surfaces were examined by SEM, AES, FT-IR, after being soaked in the simulated body fluid. The results showed that the carbonate-hydroxylapatite layer, capable of combining with body tissue intimately, was formed on the Si-rich layer of sample surface. It is predictive that the calcium iron silicate glass-ceramics have good bioactivity.
