矿渣微晶玻璃核化及晶化制度的研究
Study on the Nucleation and Crystallization Process of Slag Glass-Ceramic
【摘要】 在成分研究的基础上 ,运用差热分析、X -射线衍射和扫描电镜等手段着重讨论了热处理对CaO -Al2 O3-SiO2 系统用压延法生产矿渣微晶玻璃机械强度的影响 ,得出了适用于该矿渣微晶玻璃制品性能优良的最佳热处理制度。
【Abstract】 Based upon the study of the composition, the effect of heat treatment on mechanical strength of CaO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 system rolling glass-ceramic has been specially discussed by means of DTA, X-ray diffraction and SEM,and an optimum heat treatment sui- table for the slag glass-ceramic that we have studied for manufacturing psoducts with excellent properties has been obtained.
