TiO2对堇青石基微晶玻璃的分相与晶化的影响

【摘要】 :采用X射线衍射分析、透射电镜、扫描电镜和差热分析等测试技术 ,研究了TiO2 在MgO -Al2 O3 -SiO2 系堇青石基玻璃晶化过程中的作用。发现TiO2 的加入 ,改变了系统析出初晶相的类型 ,降低了析晶活化能 ,促进了玻璃的整体析晶。而且TiO2 的引入 ,还有利于玻璃的分相 ,进一步促进了系统的核化和晶化。在无TiO2引入的情况下 ,同一组成的MgO -Al2 O3 -SiO2 系玻璃为表面析晶

【Abstract】 The effect of TiO 2 on the crystallization of MgO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 system glass has been studied by XRD、TEM、SEM and DTA. When TiO 2 was added to the MgO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 system glass,the primary crystalline phase was changed and the activation energy of crystallization decreased, so the crystallization was promoted. Moreover, phase separation of glass was promoted by introduction of TiO 2, therefore nucleation and crystallization were improved.The MgO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 system glass with the same composition but without TiO 2 mainly began to crystallize from the surface only.
