聚苯并恶嗪单体固化行为的非等温DSC法研究
CRING KINETICS OF POLYBENZOXAZINE BY DIFFERENTIAL SCANNING CALORIMETRY TECHNIQUE
【摘要】 本文通过溶剂法合成了一种聚苯并恶嗪单体 ,聚双3 ,4 二氢 -3 -苯基 -1 ,3 -苯并恶嗪单体 (BZ) ,通过FTIR其结构进行了表征 ;通过DSC ,对BZ进行了非等温同化的研究 ,差减微分对BZ的非等温DSC固化行为的动力学分析 ,求出了在不同的升温速度下的反应的活化能与级数 ,其固化反应活化能为429~497kJ/mol,反应级数为1.78~0 .58。
【Abstract】 A novel thermal polymer monomer,which called Bis(3,4-dihydro-3-phenyl-1,3-benzoxazine)(BZ),was synthesized successfully in the solvent.With the characterization of BZ by FT-IR,the curing reaction behavior of BZ was investigated extensively using the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)with four different dynamic scans,the activation energy and the order of the reaction are determined using one kind of difference-differentiation computational method.The activation energy for the reaction is observed in the range 429~497kJ/mol and the order of the reaction is observed to be 1.78~0.58.
