【摘要】 目的　对主动脉瓣关闭不全返流中度以上者 ,观察检测颅内血流情况的相关性。方法　对 55例主动脉瓣关闭不全用超声心动仪及经颅多普勒检查测量大脑中动脉、基底动脉血流 ,设正常对照组。结果　 55例主动脉返流者均有不同程度的颅内血流量减低 : 型 6例 (10 .9% ) , 型2 4例 (4 3.6 % ) , 型 2 5例 (4 5.5% ) ;对照组 50例 ,颅内血流正常或增加 4 7例 (94 % )。结论　主动脉瓣关闭不全返流中度以上者可直接导致颅内血流量减低 (在排除其它因素外 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Recording the cerebral blood flow of patients with Al and morderate RV and studing its correlation wion this disease.Methods Subjects included control group and patient geoup of 55 cases with Al.The aortic and cerebral (in MCA.BA) blood flow were examined by echoeardiogram,and transcranical (coluor) Doppler.Results The cerebral blood flow of the later was uidely low asasitwas 6 cases of Ⅰ° (10.9%) 24 cases of Ⅱ°(43.6%) 25 cases of Ⅲ° (45.5%).That of 47 cases (94%) of the former was normol or high.Conclusions Al and morderate RV diveitly caused that the cerebral blood flow was low (except of other reasons).更多还原
