【摘要】 改革教学方法是提高教学质量的重要途径。针对游泳技术特征和游泳技术教学特点 ,设计了以技术动作结构层次和教学层次为主导的 "层次教学方法 "。实验结果表明 :技术具有多层面特点 ,包括结构、要素和功能三个层次 ,影响着教学的进度、动作教学顺序和目标 ;游泳技术特点使教学更需要从其动作要素上研究教学方向 ,实验所提出的 "形、动、变 "游泳技术动作教学顺序模式可供参考 ;教学应成为学生自觉参与的学习活动 ,因此在教授、控制和评价的教学主要环节中 ,要认真设计和组织教学 ,遵循学生学习的认知规律 ,提高教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reform teaching methods is an important way to improve teaching quality. In accordance with the characteristics of swimming technique and teaching, the “level teaching method” was designed, which was mainly defined according to the levels of the technical movement structure and the levels of teaching. The results indicated that the characteristics of swimming technique are of multi level, including structure, element and function, which affect the teaching progress, the teaching sequence of movements and the purpose of teaching. The characteristics of swimming technique require that in teaching its direction should be studied from the elements of swimming. The model of the swimming technique teaching order, put forward in this experiment is worth for reference. Teaching should become a sort of learning activity in which the students consciously take part. Thus, in the main teaching links, including teaching, control and evaluation, the teaching should be designed and arranged carefully, following the cognitive law of the students so as to improve the teaching quality.更多还原
