【摘要】 素质教育 ,作为一种社会现象 ,是同社会发展与人的发展紧密联系在一起的。它既是一个理论问题 ,又是一个实践问题。长期以来 ,人们较多地注重素质教育与应试教育的比较 ,常进行着静态化的研究 ,缺乏对素质教育实践方面的动态化研究。将素质教育落实到学科教育中进行具体化研究 ,是解决这一问题不可缺少的客观条件。从体育教育的特殊性出发 ,去探索素质教育观下的体育素质要素与教学策略 ,以期为体育教育理论研究和体育教育实践提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a social phenomenon, the competence education is closely connected with the development of the society and that of human beings. Moreover, it is not only a theoretical problem, but also a practical one. For a long time, educators have paid more attention to the comparison of competence education with exam oriented system. And static studies were often carried out while ignoring dynamic tracing investigation of the practical aspect of competence education. To put competence education into effect of subject education and to study it concretely are the objective condition necessary to solve this problem. Based on the particularity of physical education, the essentials of physical education oriented by competence education and the teaching strategy were explored so as to provide bases for the study of physical education theory and the teaching practice.更多还原
