【Abstract】 The melt pump-assisted extrusion is widely used in polymer processing industry. In stalling melt pump at the discharge of the extruder can efficiently generate the necessary melt pressure and convey the melt uniformly to the die. The constant volumetric delivery and melt temperature reduction bring a significant improvement in the quality of the end product. Melt pump-assisted extrusion can be used in sheet,cast,blow and mold,it has a bright future. The characteristics and application of the melt pump in polymer extrusion system is discussed here.更多还原
