球罐焊缝错边及角变形引起应力集中研究(Ⅰ)
Study on Stress Concentrations Resulting from Angular Deformation and Welding Butt Joints in Spherical Tanks ( I )
【摘要】 压力容器特别是大型球罐,在组装焊接过程中极易产生错边及角变形缺陷,该缺陷的存在将在容器中产生严重的应力集中。通过对现有文献有关错边及角变形的附加弯曲应力公式进行整理,并对其各式的实验数据进行考核分析,得出利用这些公式计算,很难从中找出一种理想的表达式,必须从其他途径来寻找方法。
【Abstract】 Welding butt joint and angular deformation are easy to take shape during the assembly welding of pressure vessels, especially giant spherical tanks. These flaws will result in serious stress concentration. By re-arranging the available formulas of additional bending stress resulted from welding butt joint and angular deformation and assessing the formulas with experimental data , we found that it is very difficult to find an ideal expressing formula from them and another way must be found to solve the problem.
