金属铜表面处理研究
Study on Surface Treatment of Metal Copper
【摘要】 用[NH4]6·[Mo7O24]·4H2O和硫化铵溶液合成了(NH4)2MoS4,并用其溶液对金属铜表面簇合物膜的形成条件进行了研究。结果表明:经过表面抛光打磨预处理的铜片与(NH4)2MoS4反应,不同的时间会形成不同的颜色,当(NH4)2MoS4溶液浓度为0.001 mol/L时,反应较快,颜色均匀,成膜附着力强。
【Abstract】 (NH4)2MoS4 was synthesized with[NH4] · [Mo7O24] · 4H2O and (NH4)2S. Using this solation, the forming condition of cluster compound film on copper surface was studied. The result shows that when the surface finish pretreated copper sheet reacts with (NH4)2MoS4 solution, its color varies as time goes on. When the concentration of (NH4)2MoS4 solution is 0. 001 mol/L, the reaction velocity is faster, the color is unchanging, and the adhesion of formed film is strong.
