【Abstract】 In order to solve the quality problems of electric motor movable cam, we carried out hardness measurement and metallographic scanning and found out the reasons as follows : (1)temperature of quench is excessively higher than the normal temperature; (2)temperature of temper is excessively higher than the normal temperature.
