【摘要】 争取在２０００年初加入世界贸易组织， 是我国政府在对２１世纪世界政治经济格局作出分析后的果断决策， 是我国经济新世纪发展战略的重要组成部分， 是和改革开放相一致的必然选择。加入ＷＴＯ不仅为我国的产业结构调整提供机遇与挑战，更将对我国宏观经济运行体制，乃至社会经济生活的各方面产生深远影响。对我国加入ＷＴＯ后可能影响我国经济新世纪发展的过分忧虑应予澄清， 经济全球化不能缺少中国的参与， 中国经济发展也不能不依赖于融入国际经济体系， 两者都要求一个更为开放的中国更多还原
