【摘要】 为了研究内毒素及炎症因子对血管内皮细胞分泌IL - 8的影响 ,分别用内毒素、IL - 1、TNFα刺激体外培养的Wister大鼠主动脉内皮细胞 ,并用放射免疫分析检测IL - 8的含量。经内毒素、IL- 1、TNFα刺激后 ,内皮细胞体外培养液内IL - 8的分泌量分别为 :3.1± 0 .6,6.8± 1.2 ,5.8± 1.6;空白对照为 0 .6± 0 .3,单位为ng/mL。内毒素、IL - 1、TNFα能促进内皮细胞分泌IL - 8,内皮细胞在机体炎症过程中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wistar aortic endothelial cells were cultured and stinulated by LPS, IL-1,and TNFα separately, to investigate their effects on the production of IL-8. The concentration of IL-8 in the culture media was determined by RIA. After stimulation by LPS, IL-1 and TNFα,the levels of IL-8 in the media are 3.1±0.6ng/mL, 6.8±1.2ng/mL and 5.8±1.6ng/mL respectively, while that of the normal control is 0.6±0.3ng/mL.LPS, IL-1 and TNFα enhance the secretion of IL-8 by the endothelial cells, which play an important role in the inflammatory process.更多还原
