【摘要】 为筛查混淆于 2型糖尿病中的成人隐匿性自身免疫性糖尿病 (LADA) ,作者对 76例初诊为 2型糖尿病患者进行胰岛细胞自身抗体 (ICA)和抗谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体 (GAD -Ab)检测 ,并同时检测 10名正常人与 10例慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者作为对照。结果对照组中无 1例阳性 ,糖尿病组中ICA阳性者 7例 ,GAD -Ab阳性者 9例 ,其中ICA和GAD -Ab都阳性者 4例 ,提示存在着LADA病患者更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to distinguish the LADA patients from the type 2 diabetes mellitus, ICA and GAD-Ab of 76 cases were determined, whose first impressions were type 2 diabetes mellitus, meanwhile those of ten healthy personel and ten chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis patients were determined as the control group. The results show that there is no positive case in the control group, there are seven ICA positive cases, nine GAD-Ab positive ones and four ICA and GAD-Ab positive ones in the diabetes mellitus group, there are some LADA cases in the diabetes mellitus.更多还原
