文冠果变异株和野生型植株基因组差示杂交研究初报
Cloning the differences between the wild and mutant genomes of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.
【摘要】 文冠果 (XanthoccrassorbifoliaBunge)同源异型变异株是自然产生的花器官发生变异的个体 .应用扣除杂交技术对该变异株和野生型植株进行了基因组差示杂交 ,获得样本特异DNA片段 ,此DNA片段可以作为进一步筛选突变基因的探针 ,为克隆文冠果花发育调控基因奠定基础
【Abstract】 A natural flower homeotic mutant of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge was studied by genome DNA subtraction between the mutant and wild plants. Through the subtraction, a wild plant specific genome DNA fragment has been found and this fragment will be used as a probe in following mutant gene screening study.
