油松种子园无性系性状变异与配子贡献研究
Genetic variations of clonal traits and estimation of gamete pool composition in a clonal seed orchard of Pinus tabulaeformis .
【摘要】 根据对油松种子园 86个无性系生长及开花性状调查和对 119个优树家系生长性状的调查分析 ,研究了它们间的遗传差异、无性系配子贡献状况和影响因素 ,结果表明 :主干径生长、针叶长度、密度和花量在无性系间有显著遗传差异 ,花量与其它性状无显著相关关系 ,针叶密度与主干径生长相关密切 ;无性系间的树高生长育种值有显著遗传差异 ;无性系间的开花同步性、无性系的配子贡献和遗传贡献均有较大变异 ,遗传贡献对种子园子代的遗传品质有直接影响 .并探讨了种子园相应的经营策略 .
【Abstract】 A 10 year old Pinus tabulaeformis clonal seed orchard with 86 clones and 119 open pollinated families was studied to establish the relation between reproductive phenology and reproductive output. Both male and female strobili development was monitored throughout the flowering season and seed cones and male strobili productions were determined. The overall potential genetic contributions of each clone were established in terms of proportional contributions to the seed crop and parental balance. The genetic variations of growth and flowering traits among clones and the correlatives between growth and flowering traits were analyzed. The results are: the genetic variations of stem height, diameter, the longest branch length, the length of needles and the amount of needles within a certain branch section, male and female strobili productions among clones were significantly. There was no significant correlation between growth and strobili productions. The moderate positive correlation between the amount of needles within a certain branch section and diameter was estimated. The obvious differentiation in the average flowering synchronization indexes, gamete and genetic contributions among clones in the seed orchard was detected. The seed crop and genetic quality would be determined by both gamete contribution and breeding value of each clones. Index of genetic contribution was useful for evaluating the genetic value, the effects of genetic roguing and implementation of other treatments. The strategies of forward management of seed orchard and advanced development were discussed.
