【摘要】 小胡同、四合院、民居及其宽敞无际的平缓空间构成了北京旧城这座文化古都的独特风貌。建国 5 0年来特别是改革开放的近 2 0年来 ,北京旧城的城市建设飞速发展 ,旧城面貌发生了巨大变化。其中 ,旧城的旧平房区改建的成绩尤为突出 ,建设了一批新的住宅区 ,与之相适应 ,配置了现代化道路、交通、绿化、通讯、医疗、文化、商业、服务业设施。但是 ,从对这座文化古都的要求 ,政治、文化中心的要求 ,城市现代化的要求看 ,旧城旧平房区的改建还需更上一层楼。因此还有如下几方面的问题需要认真加以思考和实践 :1 )规划问题 ;2 )设计问题 ;3)古都风貌的保护问题 ;4 )菊儿胡同试点的启示 ;5 )借鉴国外成功经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small alleys and dwelling houses of “Sihe yuan”with their wide smooth space constitute the specific styles and features of the old city area of the ancient cultural capital of Beijing.In the past 50 years since liberation,especially the past 20 years since Reform and Open,the building of the old city area of Beijing has developed rapidly and its appearance has changed a lot,among which the achievements in rebuilding the old urban area of one storey houses are extraordinary outstanding.A large number of new residence areas were built.Accordingly,a lot of modern infrastructure was completed as a network,such as road,transportation,greenization,communication,medical care,culture,commerce and service sector.However,compared with the demand of this old cultural capital,the demand of a political and cultural centre and the demand of urban modernization,the rebuilding of old one storey houses in the old city area still need further improvement.So the following questions need serious consideration and practice:1) Planning;2) Design;3) Protection of the styles and features of the old capital;4) Inspiration of the pilot of Ju’er Alley;5) Borrowing successful international experiences.更多还原
