用ALE方法实现射流侵彻靶板的三维数值模拟

【摘要】 为了给一些非轴对称成型装药的设计提供一种有效的计算手段,需要对射流侵彻靶板进行三维数值模拟.采用软件LS-DYNA中的ArbitraryLagrange-Euler描述法(ALE).成功地实现了切割器射流切割靶板的三维数值模拟,计算结果与实验吻合.通过模拟,证明了ALE算法综合了纯Lagrange和纯Euler法的优点,在类似成型装药与靶板相互作用的流体-固体耦合计算分析领域很有效.

【Abstract】 To provide a kind of effective computation method for designing nonaxisymmetrical shaped charge to realize 3-D numerical simulation of jet penetrate target, the Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) method in LS-DYNA was used. The 3-D numerical simulation of the jet cut target was successfully realized, the calculated results agree with the experiment results very well. Through the 3-D numerlcal simulatlon of jet penetrate target, it was proved that the ALE method incorporated the advantages of Lagrangian and Eulerian methods, so it became a very efficient method for fluid-structure interaction problem such as the interaction of shaped charge and targets.
