刚性粒子填充聚合物细观损伤的显微观察

【摘要】 从细观力学角度研究刚性粒子高度填充聚合物的内应力形成机理 ,用扫描电镜对这类材料的损伤作细观观察 .由电镜看到 ,材料的初始损伤对拉伸破坏影响很大 ,在拉伸断口处 ,沿晶断裂与穿晶断裂同时发生 ,粘结剂发生大拉伸变形 .结果表明 ,所试材料的粘结相和颗粒相匹配比较好 ,具有一定的韧性断裂特性 ;刚性粒子高度填充聚合物是与初始损伤相关的粘弹性体

【Abstract】 To investigate the formation mechanism of internal stress of the polymer bonded solid particulate from the viewpoint of the mesoscopic mechanics, a SEM equipped with a tensile apparatus was used to study the damage in microstructure of the materials. By SEM, it was seen that the original damage of material affects the tensile destruction greatly; at the tensile break, materials produce the fracture around the crystal and the fracture through the crystal at the same time, the bond produces large tensile change. The results indicate that bond and particulate match well; the material has fracture toughness. Polymer bonded solid particulate is a viscoelastic material related to original damage.
