湿式多片制动器摩擦衬片初始压力分布研究

【摘要】 研究湿式多片制动器摩擦衬片初始压力分布和结构变化对初始压力分布的影响 .建立摩擦衬片初始压力分布有限元计算模型 ,编制参数化计算程序 ,通过适当改变零件的结构 ,使其初始压力分布趋于合理 .通过改进湿式多片制动器的支承盘结构及安装形式、活塞的结构、摩擦偶件的厚度 ,使摩擦衬片初始压力与半径成反比 ,符合等热流密度设计 .研究表明它们对摩擦衬片初始压力分布有重要影响

【Abstract】 To study initial pressure distribution of wet multidisc brake and influence of structure factors on initial pressure distribution, the FE model of initial pressure distribution was created and parametric programs were programmed. The parts structure and material were modified to meet reasonable initial pressure distribution. That the initial pressure is inversely proportional to the radius is met by modifying the support plate structure and its fixing type, the piston structure, disc thickness and lining material. The lining initial pressure is greatly affected by the support plate, piston and mated discs. The basis is provided for the structure design of the wet multidisc brake.
